~FREE TO GOOD HOME~

(Two sweet GREASSSY 'pains in the asses'.)

Care to imagine coming home from your morning to run to school to find about three litres of cooking oil flooding your kitchen? Finding your dogs licking each other like they were a couple of tasty, greasy, hairy French fries? Which is also probably exactly what they tasted like! (Last night Jon decided to make us fries the old-fashioned way. I was planning on dealing with the pot when I got home from taking the kids to school...and the thought did cross my mind that my beasties might think of getting into mischief...but nah,it would be okay! I'd only be gone 10 minutes. So now those ten minutes have turned into about an hours worth of cleaning! UUUURRRRGGGGG! :)

So if you're so inclined these two are also great at:

*Filling a king size bed. Cooter(the one with the guilty look on his face.)also loves to spoon and snore.

*Leaving little doggie bombs in your yard.

*Stealing folded socks out of your freshly folded laundry, and playing tug-of-war with them.

*Prewashing your dishes.

*Vaccuming up any food off your floors.

*Supervising your bathroom activities.

*Being 'doggie-doorbells' when guests arrive.

*Exercising your kitties...and you, for that matter...

*Shedding on EVERYTHING...

*...and making sure you are never short on unconditional love.

So...if you are so inclined to sign up for this...let me know. I promise I'll bath them before I send them on their way.

Love and doggie dust-bunnies...

Oh, this is so funny. Of course, if it was ME having to clean it up, I'm sure it wouldn't be so funny! But they're so cute!!!! (That's how they get ya - that's how they hook ya - that's why we; yes we - put up with all the stuff that goes along with them!)

I know this comment has nothing to do with doggies but, I was just buzzing through your etsy wares...what a beautiful collection! Your work is wonderful. :)

i so recognise that guilty look!
that occurs a lot around here with cody!
we have accidently taught cody to collect the post...but now if we are out when the post arrives we have to go all over looking for letters!

Awww this is adorable!

I have never had a dog but have looked after other people's dogs from time to time, and even in my minimal time spent with them I have had a taste of almost everything on that little list of yours!
Well, I never had to clean up cooking oil though...you poor thing! What a yukky mess...not just on the floor but on the dogs too! How do you get oil out of dog hair????

Hugs...missed you

What a great and totally hysterical post! At least their mess has created some laughter in the world. What you have there is two comedians disguised as dogs.

Although we have cats (currently 5 adults and 5 kittens), they also get into similar trouble and make great big messes. Pests, I mean Pets. ;)

What a mess that must have been but they probably did their best to clean up! What sweeties, they're so lovely even though they are troublemakers.

Hours of work indeed!
I wouldn't be surprised if you find hints of oil for a very long time.

Happy Halloween!
