~A Simple Day....

(A lost fern...found this morning.)

I am...

Watching leaves of gold and red flutter off their trees, and float against the brilliant blue sky, scattering on the green grass.

Watching little ones doze off into to dreamland...listening to some beautiful music.

Sipping my green tea.

Thinking of snatching a few moments to paint...after I sweep the floor and do the lunch dishes...

but I may end up dozing a little myself...and wonder if it's possible to ever love to much. (I honestly don't think so.)

Today is a fabulous day...Hope you're having one too...

These few little lines are perfectly lovely. Thank you. I am having such a busy week - it's our busy season of the year just beginning - & working late & feeling old. Last night I watched a perfectly awful made-for-tv movie that just made me so happy because it required no thinking at all. It almost required no paying attention - it was that bad! LOL! Your post has given me an afternoon breather. Love this.

How wonderful that your life allows for moments such as these in the course of a busy day.

I shall joyfully join you for a cup of tea and a bit of painting... even across these thousands of miles.
How blissful!

This reminds me of my day yesterday, watching a strong storm come it and turn life upside down. A poor red squirrel was so confused by the storm it bounced back and forth across the street, unsure of where to go. This made me happy too. Glad we are getting time to watch and reflect our worlds as we sip tea and commune with autumn.

Absolutely not possible...to love too much. Love is what binds all the elements of our lives together to make it whole!

Aren't naps the greatest invention?

With love

lovely... words
lovely... day
so glad you have that
I felt similar in my day
watching the wind swirl leaves in circles, dancing wildly as trees sway.

You and your art touch me, and so I have honored you with the Kreativ Award on my blog.

Sounds like a great day, and in the silence that follows, I imagine there are more like it following. I have not been a good napper, but the new life of late nights and early mornings are making me consider it more often.

I like your clothing designs as well as your cards. It's great that designing and making them makes you so happy.
