~This Morning's Song...

My hearts skips...soft new sunbeams...falling upon all your pretty petals...

And you burst forth with your contagious joy and colour....

In the herb garden dwell the sparkling, fuzzy fairy flowers...

Majestic delphiniums rising up from behind the crab apple tree....

I bask in the meditative silence...this early light of day...

I so heart a quiet summer morning...and dreaming in sundried white cotton sheets. :-)

What a lovely world you have there and the poetry...beautiful. I feel like I visited you!

Nice to know I'm not the only ebayer out there. I think one of the reasons people go to Etsy so much is for the personal touch. Now I just gotta figure out what to do with my treasures...

hi celeste,

oh, how relaxing and delightful to have gone through your pictures and words. i, too, hang my clothes under the summer's rays (it is the time of year i dispense with my dryer). nothing like sun-kissed clothes, don't you think? lovely post...

as much as I love the flowers...there's something about the simple nostalgia of the clothes on the line that gets me.

I have never had the opportunity to sleep in sheets that have been hung on the line on a warm summer day.
I heard that it is quite wonderful!

Such beautiful little petals you have adorning your garden.

it looks like a lovely morning where you are! what's the second flower down? the red one? i just bought one of those and if i translate from danish, it's "horse mint" but it doesn't really smell minty...what do you call it?

G'day from Australia,

That last shot is just wonderful. Like you, I bask in the early light of day too.

However, we are in mid-winter at the moment!
