December Views Day 5

I'm sneaking in early today...It's going to be a busy one with hockey, and dropping a painting off for the fundraiser next weekend...then sourcing out a place that can get me new business cards... fast. I totally forgot that I would need those after changing my email. Yikes! Oh well, I get it done...somehow...

Joe did this when he was three...it still makes me smile every time I look at it.

(I'm getting there...)

Magical Mermaid rocks...and treasures from the sea on the kitchen windowsill...

Have a happy Sunday! :)

I love Joe's work of art. I have a "gallery" with two professionally framed pieces that my youngest child, now in college, did when he was in kindergarten and first grade. Each was juried into the art show in Edmonds, Washington way back when. Every time I walk down that hall on my way to the garage, I am reminded of what an amazing child he was (as were his brother and sister) and of what amazing adults they've all become. It makes me smile to know that we're all gifted with creativity, if only we can find the courage to use it.

Your December views make me smile and get me all inspired. I love that old telephone! I've always wanted one of those. Love the last photo in particular that shows you sacred space.

Oh my gosh! That painting is precious!!
I also have a couple framed works of "art" of my daughter's when she was just a wee one.
It's amazing to see the world from a 3 year old's eyes!
And...he has amazing talent! That is fabulous for a 3 year old!
